Nicholas Farhi
Nicholas works with clients in the B2C Services and Utilities industries, supporting them in developing and realising strategies that deliver superior returns. Nicholas also leads OC&C's international Customer Service practice, helping clients across all industry sectors (eg, retail, leisure, utilities) to develop clear and differentiated customer service strategies and to understand and optimise their investment in customer service. In his areas of expertise, he also works with corporate and private equity clients on all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification through acquisition and ultimately divestment.
Nicholas has recently published two thought pieces outlining OC&C's perspectives on the consolidation of B2C Services, and on the future of Customer Service.
Education and prior experience:
- Masters in Physics, Oxford University
